What Joe Does at the Practice.

Joe is a provider at THE WELLNESS CO. He sits at the bridge between Dawn's clinical work and the patient experience — helping patients understand what their lab data says, what protocol Dawn has designed, and what the path forward looks like.

In a typical CLARITY visit, Joe:

• Presents the CLARITY Diagnostic Report — the lab interpretation Dawn personally compiles for every patient.
• Translates clinical findings into actionable language — what's working, what's drifting, and what the protocol is designed to address.
• Guides tier enrollment — helping patients understand which CLARITY membership tier (Core, Elite, Transformation) matches their clinical picture and goals.
• Coordinates care across services — connecting patients to hormone therapy, peptide, weight management, and IV protocols.
